Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every MemoryOrb order. Orders with a total under 10 (for example a stand on its own) ship for a flat fee, which is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

Orders usually arrive within 7–14 business days after you place them. During peak season (November and December) delivery can occasionally take a little longer. For delivery before Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 3.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email with your tracking link. Tracking can take 1–2 days to show the first update.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the countries available at checkout, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland, Switzerland and the European Union.

Customs, duties and taxes

Depending on the destination, import duties or taxes may apply. Where such charges apply and are not already included at checkout, they are set by the destination country and may be payable by the recipient.

Problems with your delivery

If your tracking has not updated for several days, your parcel arrives damaged, or something is missing, please email us at info@orbmemory.store with your order number. We will take care of it.
